Family Nurse Practitioner
My Approach to Helping
I am married and with 4 grown sons, I love the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, skiing (although I am very new to this). Giraffes make me smile and I have a small collection of them. I love my job as a family nurse practitioner. In my spare time I enjoy reading, and spending time with family and friends and walking my 2 dogs. I like to swim, and just be generally active.
I am very excited to be part of the Morgan Primary Health team. I have been a family nurse practitioner for 6 years and have a lot of different experiences. I enjoy helping patients help themselves be their best self and live their best life.
Primary Health Care Services
It is important for every individual to establish a primary care provider for routine medical examinations. The health care system is complicated, and finding a health care provider can be a challenge. But with the growing popularity of nurse practitioners (NPs) as primary care providers, access to quality health care is becoming easier. Fortunately, Morgan Health Center patients have the option of seeing a nurse practitioner for many of their primary care needs. Elizabeth offers select primary care including:
- Ear & Sinus Infections
- Digestive Dilemmas
- Nutrition Imbalances
- Adrenal Fatigue
- Chronic Health Conditions
- Root Cause Analysis
- Lyme Disease, Parasites & Candida
- Post-Covid Syndrome
- ADHD Testing
- Medication Management
I am focused on a patient centered approach, and see the person as a whole and work to address everything, not just the ailment, issue or health concern.
If you wonder whether medication is the best solution for your particular mental health concerns, the GeneSight® test may have the answers you need. I use GeneSight® testing to analyze your DNA and get customized medication recommendations for your medication and treatment plan. Use our online appointment request or call the office to arrange your GeneSight® DNA testing today.
GeneSight® testing analyzes clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. Results inform me about how you may break down or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions. The GeneSight® Psychotropic test’s accuracy is 99.8%.

Types of Therapy
In primary care settings, family nurse practitioners (FNPs) are often the first to see patients with mental illnesses. FNPs can diagnose and treat patients with uncomplicated mental illness, such as depression and anxiety. Elizabeth collaborates with our mental health providers to provide the widest scope of care possible. Elizabeth’s strong sense of empathy helps her to better understand patients and provide specialized individual care.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian Therapy)
Morgan Health Centers and its Affiliates are outpatient centers and NOT an emergency care facility. In case of an emergency please contact a primary care physician or the local emergency room, police or 911.
Those with disabilities often face major barriers getting the health care services they need. Research shows that, compared to people with out disabilities, people with disabilities are less likely to receive comprehensive preventative care. Improving physical access to health care services is essential to achieving health equity.
We recognize the needs of patients with disabilities, and make every effort to comply with state and federal accessibility regulations and accommodate these patients.
