It can be scary to deal with mental health problems, for many who are afflicted, there’s a sense of a loss of control, of not feeling like oneself. Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves therapist(s) working with several people at the same time.

One of the biggest advantages of group therapy is helping a person realizes that they are not alone. There are other people who have similar problems. This is often a revelation, and a huge relief, to the person.
