It can be hard to tell if your teen is having serious problems or their actions are just “normal teenage behavior”. Warning signs of a troubled teen: Rapid changes in personality, falling grades, persistent sadness, anxiety, or sleep problems could indicate depression, bullying, or another emotional health issue. You can start by asking yourself:

Does my teen have friends?
How is my teen doing in school?
Does my teen tell me what going on in his/her life?

If there has been changes or you have concerns, its always best to err on the side of caution and talk to a therapist or your teen’s doctor.
