If you have requested an appointment
Our Patient Care Coordinator will arrange an Initial Appointment Date/Time with you. You will then receive a link to our Patient Portal where you can provide the necessary information for your appointment. The online scheduling and electronic health record (EHR) system provides a HIPPA compliant Patient Portal, allowing you to see appointment openings and schedule online.
Once enrolled in our Patient Portal you may join telehealth sessions, manage appointments, receive appointment reminders, receive documents, and conveniently complete paperwork securely online.
